WHAT WE DO
Collective wisdom sharing has proven to powerful and impactful to identify blindspots and remove barriers, and challenge the status-quo of individual thinking. This intentional approach of "surrounding yourself with wise counsel" provides a professional atmosphere to share experiences and reframe your thinking for confidence, clarity, and sound decision making.
WHY WE DO IT
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Ideal candidates are Women Business Owners and/or Entrepreneurs in the Minneapolis/Twin Cities area who seek to take their leadership and influence to the next level. You are looking to cut through the noise of distraction and unafraid to tackle key issues which affect women in three (3) main pillars of life - Professionally, personally, and spiritually.
WHAT THIS IS NOT
THE FORMAT
Monthly Roundtable discussions with selected women professionals comprised of 10-12 members in a boardroom style atmosphere. Also included will be one-on-one meetings with each member in a more personalized setting to share particular issues not relevant or approrpriate for group discussion. Finally, we will have a Quarterly Master Forum with expert speakers on a variety of timely and revelant topics to benefit all members which women professionals face on a daily basis. Each member is required to sign a confidentiality/non-disclosure statement for privacy of each member, along with agreement to fully participate and contribute to group discussions, and pay a monthly fee.
THE FACILITATOR
Kathy Boyle has been blessed to lead and facilitate groups in the past, both corporately through roles on Wall Street, and as a Pastor over various ministries to bring clarity, shared momentum and accountability with a mission to uplift, edify, and encourage.
